CouchSurfing Boardgaming Group - Logo Competition
What's happening?
We are setting up a competition for creating a logo for our group. As you pobably can see we don't have a graphical profile yet and we thought to start with a logo.
A logo we hope You will design.
This competition is open to anyone who would like to participate and it's absolutely free to participate (No fees).
We are CouchSurfing Boardgaming Group
We are a Sverok-related boardgaming group which resides in the heart of Gothenburg. We are a non-profit group which members love to play games (Our main focus is boardgames and card games), socialize and travel.
Our participators are both female and male. Age ranges from 16-50 and we are open to all cultures and people (and age groups).
We are ascociated with CouchSurfing only by name, that's from where we grew and flourished. We however love the platform and will continue to work along side with it. We have been playing games since autumn 2010. And been connected to Sverok since March, 2011.
Our main group is located in Gothenburg, but we are open to spread to other locations as well.
What's the prize?
Apart from being the winner of the competition and having your logotype representing us (and printed in various forms) you gain the following:
- One year of membership in the group. (6 €/Year)
- A handful of prints in various sizes of your submission (A business card, printed envelope and postcard.)
- A game valued approx 25-35 €.
- An honorary mention on our website, facebook, twitter and Google+.
- Our eternal gratitude. As we travel a lot trying to spread our love for boardgames you can sure get exposure for your work.
Our requirements / Rules:
- The logo will have to be delivered to csbgg [ a ] draktorget [ . ] se BEFORE 15th of March, 23.59 GMT +1.
- The files submitted must be virus scanned before sent.
- The files must be an .ai and an .eps of the same file.
- There is no limit to how many entries one individual can submit.
- 1 email per entry. Each email must consist of the following: 1 AI-file, 1 EPS-file, Name, contact details (phonenumber, twitter/facebook-link).
- The jury consist of the board of the group CSBGG and they may not participate and not their families.
- Plagiarism is absolutely prohibited and if found contestants all entries will be disqualified.
- The entry/ies must have been made by you.
- You are giving us the right to publish the entries on our site - even if you are not the winner.
- If you win you give us unrevokable rights to use the logo in whichever way we want
- We reserve the right to - if found neccessary - edit the logo in whatever way we see fit.
- Winner will be selected and announced on 22nd of March in connection with our yearly meeting.
